"Family of 5 with 3 primary school kids from Sydney. We had a great experience last year and came back . Food was ok but what left a real bad taste was the service or lack thereof. The service staff was not friendly or welcoming - just functional and we would typically be ok with that, but it was when we paid the bill. I thought the quoted price was excessive and had confirmed with the bloke at the cashier the 3 kids meal prices. This was confirmed and I paid and asked / requested for the itemized bill - and it was then that it was apparent that they had charged adult main meal prices for the kids meals. No apologies whatsoever and did not even acknowledge. The manager came into the picture to give a refund but again no apologies and even slightly short changed is by a few bucks by as the waitress who quoted the kids meal (which were not in the menu) was less than what the manager said ('trust me I am the manager"). I did not argue and left never to return again. Whole experience was marred."

"I say dry because many places in Canberra do theirs very oily. Some may prefer it that way, especially as it often gives a rich flavour, but this place gets a lot of flavour in their drier version - I don't know popular pide is in Kabul, but this tastes a lot like Afghan BBQ that I've had in the past. The restaurant is pretty simple and priced well."

"Ricetta started off slowly as there were grumpy and incompetent waiters working there to start but since the new batch of younger guys came in there's been a face lift and pictures and music a totally different vibe and a lot more friendlier as well must have to do with new management /owner!?! Their Pizzas are the best in Manuka!!...if not Canberra."
