"I love Jimmy John. They are (almost always on point, and fast as they advertise. I knocked out a star, because when I got a disguise with visible brown salad (on the outside and cried to tell the manager, I got nothing but attitude. She (Kathy? said she worked the line and saw no salad problems. When I gave her pictures, she said that the brittle happens when air meets salad. I replied that Salat was something I bought weekly... she cut me off before I could finish and rudely said, Ma'am I'll replace it I'm just saying what happened. Wow. * the replacement was stellar and the driver apologized* This experience has no longer stopped me from the order. I'm obsessed with her Turkey and Avocado unwich! All right!"
