"Whilst the food was as good as usual, the service was incredibly slow. Once seated with menus, at 7.00 pm, we had to chase for a drinks order after waiting 20 mins. Hummus and bread took 35 mins to arrive. We chased up twice for our main course, which we didn’t get till 8.20 pm. We asked why it was taking so long and were told that the restaurant was very short on staff that night. The staff tried their best in difficult circumstances."

"I made an appointment for a bra fitting on 8/3/19 when I arrived for my appointment it had been double booked, not the staffs fault, I had been into the store and booked only to be told on the day that someone else was already there for my appointment that they had booked on line , Ashley was very good (exceptional) she went out of her way to make sure I was dealt with quickly and efficiently, nothing was to much for her. She is a asset to the company and feel she should be acknowledged and rewarded for her brilliant customer service, if it hadn't been for her you would have lost a sale as I would have walked out"
