"I should have rated this awhile ago. And if I did it would be a 5 star. I am able to get here 2-4 times a year since I live in Spokane and it is a drive. Used to be amazing and delicious. Owners were super friendly. I always come for the Shrimp Po Boispecial on Friday. This last trip was unfortunate. Service was meh, I ordered one sandwich to go and one to eat there. Got themboth in a to go bag. Had to ask for my pickle with my sandwich I was eating in with. Also the new owners have removed the breadpudding from the special. Ultimately makes the special that much less so. Overall this trip was not up to par for the many yearsI have been coming here, with the mess ups and no bread pudding putting a damper on the whole experience. If I choose to comeagain I hope it will be better."

"Westside Pizza has amazing pizza. They are understaffed but working themselves into a frenzy. Customer service could use a little help. Especially over the phone. Phone was full of static and loud background noise. The young girl couldn't tell me how long it would take for my order to be ready. She did give me a total. He phone etiquette was just off. First time I went, I was in and out with my order. Second time I went, I phoned it in, and waited inside their lobby for 25min because they were so backed up. As I was watching the employees work, no one was goofing off. Everyone was working quickly. Included the guy who I would've pegged as the owner or mgr. Two people were waiting for their to-go order when Iarrived and two people were waiting for their to-go order when I left. The pizza was hot and delicious. I ordered 2 grande pizzas and a cheese bread and paid $50 and change. That's probably current market value for pizza nowadays but I likeCostco's pizza at $9.99 price point better. Big parking lot with lots of room. On hwy 41. This was the old Nate's Pizzaeria where they served huge pizzas with little on them. Westside is better. I'd choose Westside over all the big boxpizza chains including papa johns, papa Murphy's, dominos, and pizza hut."

"I will not go back. It was filthy. The windows had smudges from greasy fingers. Every table had food particles and grease on them. The bathroom seat had p all over it. Not to mention the lack of customer service. I asked one guy for some dipping sauce, and he sighed and tosses me two dipping sauces on the counter. I don't expect a whole lot from fast food places, but this for me was a bust."

"What a great meal. From salads to hamburgers and gluten-free pizza, the crust was delicious. Every food was delicious. I wish I had pictures of other records. I had Galaxy Burger with sawed onions, mushrooms, Swiss cheese on freshly baked rolls. Service was excellent, fast and great prices."
