"Nando’s is normally one of my favourite places to dine in Hereford, decant food , good service but I went here with a few friends recently and I ordered the olives and a drink while my friend ordered a drink and some fries. Usually they don’t take too long but for some reason they took quite a while, I’d say around 27 minutes. My friend went to the counter asking where the fries are . The guy said that they made the food but the receipt got lost . So they printed a new one. We finally got the food but turns out that the fries were slightly cold , their was a hair in it and a little bit of paper in it . Anyway the staff apologised for the inconvenience but me and my friends were still disappointed about the experience."

"Three of us ordered lunch. The choices weren't extensive but the options were tempting. All gluten free too, we were told. The cappuccinos were delish as was the mixed berry smoothie being advertised for which I succumbed to as well as my cappachino and...soup. The soup was tasty but a tad too much water for me. I like my soup thicker which is just my personal preference. The warm roll was a bonus. Colleauges ordered chilli with rice and a falafel pannini which they both said was delicious. The presentation made it even more morish as it had salad with beans and dressing. We have agreed to call back when we next meet in Llandod as we were very impressed! Its a nice vibe too and the service friendly but not intrusive."

"Me and my partner ate here on Sunday, a lovely selection of fresh vegetables, well cooked meats, crispy potatoes and delicious gravy. Good idea to have the option of 'half and half '. "We went here twice while in the area as the food is excellent and the staff very friendly. The place is clean and tidy, and has an interesting display of mementoes in a glass display, things like Green Shield Stamp books!"

"First post lock down meal......total success!! They've done a wonderful job in making sure you feel safe, with social distancing and sanitising. The staff were amazing and genuinely seemed glad to be back at work. The food never disappoints"

"Shirley cooks this all from scratch at home, including making her own paneer cheese. Really lovely kati rolls. Always interesting conversation. Warning: there will be a significant wait at lunchtimes, but she does have chairs to sit on and it is definitely worth it."
