"We went for a well overdue evening meal with the girls and what a lovely evening we had! Our table was great, right at the front in the window. The service from all the staff was superb and we felt very looked after throughout our...stay. The tapas food we had was delicious, would highly recommend a visit!"

"Went for a quick sandwich in this local branch and was met with nothing but rudeness. Whole place was run by children with no proper social interactive skills whatsoever. When the young girl who served us was putting sauces on she absolutely drowned out any other flavour of the sandwich and when she was putting utensils back just threw them and rudely asked do you want anything in a proper strop!! Won't be revisiting sort it out !"

"Absolutely brilliant, my other half ordering something that was not on the menu for beginners and they were very accompanying it was amazing, then for netzen we had pasta, which was the best I ever had, the nice woman explains what was all when I wasn't many Italians, amazing eating for great prices, excellent service and beautiful atmosphere, will come back in any case, thank them very much"

"The food and the drinks here are always lush. friendly and fast service and staff are able to provide good information about allergens in food / beverages. beautiful decoration in caffe also, with a fireplace in the middle for when it is colder. cakes are beautiful."

"We have dined here many times over the years and never been treated so badly as we were last night. We had booked over 2 weeks before and duly arrived on time only to be told we couldn’t eat in the restaurant ! We asked to speak with the manager who was arrogant and without any thought that the customer may be right ! He said that upon booking we should have specified whether we wanted to eat in the restaurant or bar, for god sake, we booked dinner on a Saturday night and have never been asked such a question before. It was obvious we had been ‘bumped’ out of the restaurant due to larger parties being accommodated. As we had booked a taxi for later that night, we had no choice other than to be be shown to the empty bar area downstairs which resembled a morgue. We were the only four diners in an area that probably had at least 40 dining cover spaces. The manager kept insisting that we should have specified when booking that we wanted to eat in the restaurant, however, there is nothing on their booking system to inform any customer of this so how would we have known, especially as we have never been asked such a question when booking many times before. As for the food, very average to say the least and they even managed to get a simple sweet order wrong twice ! The manager Mr Coleman needs to change his attitude to customers and was aggressive in his explanation as to how we should have gone about making a booking ! What a pity that our night was ruined by such poor management skills in such an attractive venue. Personally you couldn’t pay me to ever frequent the place again !"
