"Sat outside, right next to the river, plenty of sunshades beautiful. Lovely coffee, cakes and light lunches. It is perhaps a little on the pricey side, but good value as it is so good and substantial. The jacket potatoes are huge, with salad, the sandwiches are thick, soft bread and very filling, also with salad. Friendly, helpful staff. Nearby car park (though have to pay after one hour)."

"Waited 15 minutes at a filthy table. No one brought the 2 coffees we ordered, or cleared the dirty crockery or cleaned the table. There were 5 teenage staff lollopping around doing not much...and slowly. We told them we wouldn't wait any longer at a dirty table. No apology just a reluctant refund with no till receipt, as the technology didn't allow it. Poor show. Perhaps if the owner hired someone over the age of 15 there might be some actual service? Never going there again."

"In a beautiful location. there is a good choice of weeping and decent gins. the staff was very friendly. the customer service was excellent. eating was delicious as usual. my mother loved the great selection of fish dishes. I will certainly visit again."

"We stayed for 2 nights in the huge Court room suite, with 4 poster bed, once used as an actual court room by Judge Jeffries. Fascinating history. Everything was very clean and every need catered for. The bar area was nice and relaxing and staff very attentive. We ate in the restaurant one night, which was very nice, but fine dining is not our preference and we felt the food was very small for the cost. Would like to see a broader more affordable menu. Breakfast was excellent. We had booked on the champagne folly tower tour, which was fantastic. Martha, a lovely member of staff walked us up to the folly tower, unlocked it and took us up, unloaded her backpack with an ice bucket, ice, a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses she had carried all the way, and left us for 40 mins on our own to admire the views, while sipping champagne, which was absolutely fantastic as was the weather. Definitely worth doing. Thanks to Martha for making this such a special start to our holiday. We would definitely return as hotel is newly refurbished in the last year or so and staff are excellent."

"The worst customer service from a dominos I’ve ever received. The managers at this dominos are the worst I’ve dealt with. Politeness is non existent. Food is quite often delivered cold too. This franchise really is one of the worst."

"Taste of food was fantastic, very creative use of ingredients! Several dishes on the vegetarian menu faded me, so I will definitely see again! We were recommended to fish and chips. It is really well done, but not exceptional, so I would give that a miss in view of the other options on the menu. I won't fail the service, even though I felt a little protected, so still 5 stars for the quality of food."

"Stopped here for a late lunch on the way to Stratford.Easy to order queuing system at the front window. Very friendly staff.Prompt service even though they had several orders in front of ours. Good choice of food, we chose the Buscot afternoon tea box which was excellent value for two people. Very well presented, excellent quality with a variety of cakes and sandwiches. Pretty garden to sit in. Will definitely return when we are next in the area."
