"Stopped in to watch the hockey playoffs and to have a light dinner. Big mistake! Ordered chips and guacamole and a couple of drinks. Ordered a Miami Vice that was the worst ever. The bartender barely blended the drink and I believed he forgot to put any alcohol in it. Chips were hard and stale and guacamole was nothing more than smashed avocado. No flavor at all. If you're here, skip this bar. There are plenty of other places with better food and more pleasant staff."

"We first discovered El Jarro Cafe in January 2017 and vowed to return at our next opportunity, which we did in April. My husband loves their pineapple smoothies and I'm hooked on their watermelon juice and/or smoothie- they are not overly sweet at all, they're perfect. We've enjoyed breakfast and lunch at El Jarro and have had good service. Regardless of whether it's breakfast or lunch, they are willing and able to make the chicken taco's my husband orders. The food takes a while but, it's worth waiting for. Lastly, the Cafe is adorable and we enjoy sayings they've written on their chalkboards, always something to ponder."

"We came here today randomly to grab breakfast for us and all of our friends. The guys working we’re awesome. We don’t really speak Spanish and they were very patient with us for the language barrier. Everything was homemade. Our household of 13 all said...it was possibly one of the best burritos we have ever had. We will for sure be back next year."

"Cafè de ciudad is a must every time we visit cabo. guillermo (aka bond. james bond) is the best as the rest of the waiting staff. eating is authentic and exceptional. Moreover, prices are extremely reasonable. we come back every year to at least one if not two breakfast in cafè de ciudad. love this place!"
