"No better place for me to unwind. I’ve taken my kiddo here too and she loves it (8 years old). Otherwise it’s the best place for me to just get away and play pinball. Your staff continues to be amazing and the games are always working and fresh. Keep on keeping on flip side."

"Really good Rock Lobster Scramble except hollandaise was split and had separated oil layer. Special instructions followed which is one of the reasons I order breakfast and brunch here versus many other places. Chocolate chip pancakes are a hit with kid and teen crowd. LOVE the Gooey Buns ."

"I am amazed! We went to dinner tonight at Palomino's in Loveland. I must say it was the best customer service we have received at a restaurant!!! When our meal came, I noticed my husbands burrito was ground beef, not shredded beef. The waiter, Jose, must have overheard because he came up and asked what was wrong? My hubby told him it wasn't a big deal....he didn't mind, when the waiter said he would take it back get the correct meal. Within a couple of minutes the manager was at our table apologizing and asking what he could do for us? Again, we told him it wasn't a big deal. The manager said he would make it right gave us the meal at 1/2 price. He also offered us dessert....which we declined since we ate so much at dinner! The waiter ended up with a 40% tip as a result of the great service!!! Thanks for the awesome meal (as always."

"Came to shake. it took about minutes to take them to the car. when I asked if the server knew which was shaking, which weeping them were all different flavors, she made a sound of angry and then gave me the first shaking. when I put it in the cup holder, the lid dipped, slapped sawne went down and then the cup slipped laterally into the cup holder. when I try to keep it up and clean it up again, she starts trying to make me the next shake and look at the one who just made a mess and said I think that was one of the reese’s who then tried to take me back the shake. I'm trying to, I can't catch the others until I cleared up the chaos and she just stood there clearly annoyed and said that she could probably go to get me a serviette if I wanted. Once I cleared the mess, I have the other shakes. but there was no excuse to help beside a serviette, or even understand why I couldn't catch the rest of the shakes if I had a chaos from the first. I wasn't at this place long because the service was not so good at the time, but thought I would try again. never again."

"I got the carne asada combo plate and my husband got the barbacoa plate. Both were very delicious though I probably won't spend $14 for my dish again. I'll definitely be back to try their other items. The green sauce they have is really delicious. Sadly too spicy for me but I couldn't resist eating some."
