"The food is never great. If you go through the drive thru, no matter what you have ordered, they will ask you to pull forward and wait until they bring it out. So, what is the point of the drive thru? The service is always slow. Always check if you have everything you have ordered, because they say that everything is there, but whoever you come home is not everything."

"I was treated rudely by Maria. She had my order wrong before and when I called her, she told me that next time I could go back and I would get a credit for the article that was wrong. No excuse for inconvenience, but that's okay. When I came back a few days later, I ordered more food and asked for this 5.95 credit and she refused and tried to eat from the last visit instead of the credit. I rejected her and remembered what she offered. She was immediately excited and raised her voice a little and told me I had to have a problem with my understanding. I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was. She finally agreed to give a loan, but still offensive and verbally harassed me. She completely mixed my words and denied her deeds. We've been customers there for four years, so I was shocked by their behavior. I don't think my business is appreciated and her treatment to me was unnecessary. For me, the wise thing would have been for them to apologize for my wrong order and be remarkable that I came back and spent more money, especially if they didn't even have the full $5.95 loan I was due. I think it's best that we don't return because nobody deserves to be treated so by a cranky lady who is out of line."
