We moved to Seattle a few years back and just recently visited Spokane so we had to make a visit because it’s so special to us. It was just as good as we remember and always the best service! "We took our hamburgers home because of COVID ... the fries were crisp and tasty my wife’s favorite. The hamburgers were great! My brides had bacon mine had a slice of ham.... the old fashioned type we love! Not all Zips are the same.... this location also serves a great breakfast! If we could have eaten inside I would have given them 5 stars."

"This place was great but the last 3-4 times have not been good experiences. Something has changed. The guacamole is now very thin and runny. The steak burrito I got last night was so greasy it soaked thru the wrapping and thru the bag. So much grease it wasn’t edible not to mention we ordered a veggie burrito not steak. The last three times they got our order wrong. When ordering a numbered item like meal #5 the staff doesn’t know what is included with that meal and has to ask us. When we asked what is on the burrito for our meal we were told meat, cheese and tomatoes. We asked for no tomatoes and add beans. 2 times now the same conversation and both times the burrito came with onions and peppers."

"After 7 minutes the screen said my food was on the way, it took another 8 minutes after to actually come out. It was busy, and I know Sonic is not about being super fast, but don't tell me it's on its way when is isn't. When I did get my food my fries were only half full, warm at best and limp. My burger was made incorrectly, and my drink was not what I ordered."
