"The hoisin ente pizza, while strange, was really pleasant- and the brie and calamari were both amazing. To be honest, the braut was a show funnel, with the garlic and hazelnuts it only makes so much richer and the lemon tart rounded it all perfectly. the only thing I can say is that I wish the service was a bit faster for drinks, and there were more Italian eating on a clearly italian inspired menu."

"Me and my mother popped in for a drink and a break during a day of shopping for my birthday with my little 4 month old baby boy. We tucked ourselves away behind one of the bookshelves in some arm chairs in a secluded spot where there were only three students dotted working on laptops as I knew I would need to feed my little one. My mum proceeds to go get out drinks and I descreetly feed my little boy. We were all done in less then five minutes and waited for my mum to return. Only to find out when she does that a member of staff who had walked past the alcove at one point had walked up to the other staff behind the coffee bar and loudly discussed that there was a woman breastfeeding round the corner and how disgusting it was. Not realising that my mother was at the counter along with a long que of other people) and heard everything! And then the member of staff who he had talked to ‘came to have a look’ in a less then discreet way) like I was some kind of freak show! Bare in mind I was all done far before then. I was utterly humiliated! I was being discreet and there is no shame in feeding my child. But the staff here made me feel utterly disgusting and like I should be ashamed of myself! I normally love cafe Nero and thought previously they were very family friendly. Me and my mother were very dissapointed with the behaviour of your staff. I strongly suggest you train your staff about how to deal with situations like this as feeding my baby is one of the most natural things in the world, if your staff have a problem with it then they shouldn’t really be working in hospitality."
