"We stopped in for a quick bite to eat-brisket sandwich, berry Danish and Brazilian cheese puffs. The brisket sandwich was one of the best sandwiches we've had in NZ. Brisket was tender and flavorful, filled with fresh veggies and avocado and the bread was fresh and buttery. The berry Danish was incredible and the cheese puffs were fun to eat."

"Was around at Ponsonby, decided to give this place a try as I have seen the high quality reviews. We went as a group and I ordered the kumara tortilla and the line caught fish with the kiwifruit hot sauce. It came out looking very appetising, so I will give a description to each individual component.<br/ The salad/sauerkraut portion was delicious with a perfect amount of spice from hot sauce. However a little let down was the kumara tortilla, this was a bit dry and dull. But I guess it was a good thing, because the fish was absolutely perfect. It is not easy to cook fish and to not accidently overcook it or pick a fish that is too dry. It had the perfect tenderness and seasoning. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this except for not having enough of it.<br/ I also tried a little bit of the crumpet, burnt butter with roof honey. The crumpet was very well prepared and the honey was not too sweet either but not lack in flavour. I also quite enjoyed it.<br/ The wagyu brisket with the kumara hash was a bit too messy I find. The brisket flavouring is nice but the texture was soft and mushy. I feel that there is definitely room for improvement by maybe separating the ingredients in a way that we can enjoy each of the component individually or combined. It was definitely not lack in flavour in anyway.<br/ <br/ Overall the experience was amazing. "Delightful eatery in a very unassuming venue. We ate from two different restaurants, ordered a seafood gumbo which was very tasty, fresh, plentiful and delicious! Then also a truffle pasta from an Italian restaurant which was delightful, tasty with just the right amount of sauce....superb! A definite must if you're looking for somewhere to eat in town. Bathrooms were clean."

"I love Coco’s so much, the staff are so cool, the cocktails are great and the pizzas and pasta options are EPIC. Sitting on K’rd watching the hustle and bustle go by is always entertaining too. Cool date night/dinner with friends spot. Highly recommend 10/10"
