"To write this review, made me feel contradictory, on the one hand I want to tell everyone about this great restaurant called The Brock House, but on the other hand I want to keep this jewel a secret for me. But let us really be, it would be impossible to keep this place a secret, especially when you look at the growing food scene in the region of Durham, it was just a matter of time until this shooting star made its way into the spotlight. What's the food? Its pretty good, the roasted Calamari is crispy and well seasoned, the Brisket sandwich is generously packed and the pizzas are fantastically occupied and stuffed. This only covers what we have ordered, there is a ton more to choose and I look forward to trying the other items in the menu. What about the service? Excellent, we sat and served quickly. The staff was attentive and ensured satisfaction. If you find yourself in the area, you should definitely pass. Good food at great prices."

"Montana's is supposed to be the best ribs so I was excited to try the all you can eat ribs. What a mistake. As soon as my knife tried to separate the first rib, I knew we were in trouble. Dry like you can't imagine. No flavour, burned, and did I mention dry? Never again. Also dislike their plates, everything flies off onto the table. Give me a traditional plate anyday."

"I ordered a T-bone and it was tender around the bone but tougher and a bit grisly elsewhere. My wife's burger was nothing special but not bad either. The fries were overdone/hard. The prices at this place are lower than most places so I'll be sure to be back to try wings and ribs, and maybe some beer on the patio."

"Used to go all the time pre pandemic. Have not in years. With the wife and kids gone this weekend flying solo, time to treat myself. Had a steamer as always a quality sub. May have been the end of the cut, was a bit stringier than normal. Regardless it tasted great and the customer service is and always was awesome. Price, some people complain... but if you haven't noticed that is the norm. Was fine with the price. Very clean as always as well. Nice to come back. Also good to see the staff jiving on the music. Pleasant change from all the toxic places to get food these days and the lack of customer service and general positivity. Only down, but it is a sign of the time was the lack of the sauces you can grab."
