"I've eaten here numerous times and the food is delicious! HOWEVER the last three times I've stopped by, I've walked away without ordering. Staff goes out of their way to ignore you at the counter. I can understand being busy, but standing alone at the counter for ten minutes without being acknowledged is not okay! At least greet me! Be with you in a minute Something! I shouldn't feel like I'm intruding when I'm waiting to order your food."

"Here for the first time and we will definitely be back. Huge menu, the food was super-got the sweet potatories that were made perfect, a Sicilian Gramma pie and my sister got a chickencesar salad. Besides the great food, the thing that really was hanging on me was how excellent the service was!! We were greeted cordially at the door, our server was so sweet, and even the door was left for us and a server that didn't have us as the guests say goodbye to us. You can say there were several regular patrons that the staff well knows. Family life. Had a wonderful time."

"I haven 't eaten at a Panera Bread in many years, so this was all sort of new to me. The three of us ordered items with the 2 for designation, but it appears that the cashier rang it up incorrectly and we instead paid for two full meals each at the full price. My wife was taking care of payment so I didn 't really pay attention to the total, but when we sat down to wait for our food, I was a bit surprised by the total. We had a receipt but it just had the total, and not a breakdown of what we ordered. Odd. When the food arrived, it didn 't seem like they were half sized portions, so that is likely what happened. No, we didn 't go complain to thw cashier, as it was probably too late. Anyways, the tables weren 't that clean, but somebody did often empty the area where you return the plates and silverware. The drinks were overpriced and the food was okay. The Cobb Salad that I had was good, but the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl wasn 't that good. I 'm not sure what was the name of the fancy rice that they used, but I didn 't like it, and neither did my daughter who also ordered that same bowl. My wife had soup and salad and she liked it, but wasn 't crazy about the expensive iced tea that she bought. So, the place was okay, not great, and we were overcharged. I won 't be coming back here for a while."

"Avoid this place at all costs, its a glorified pizzeria in a strip mall very dirty and poorly trained unprofessional servers! I went in Recently with my young son and ordered him a well done steak and got a bloody rare steak, I complained to server and he got defensive and raised his voice at me when I told him to cook it right. The owner came out and started cursing at me in front of my son and other patrons! he said Pay the bill now and get the explanative out of my resturant!! We just got our food back and he comes back and throws two take out containers and the bill at me and again yells now get the fuck out!! Allthis in front of my young son who was afraid and other patrons! I paid and gathered my son and our things and tried to leave quickly in fear of our safety when he yelled from the other side of the bar area you BLANK BLANK BLANK don't ever come back here! We tried to get to my car when he ran up to the front door. WOW what an experience this dud needs tolerant how to cook a steak and anger management. Do yourself a favor and dine at the Vineyard for better experience and do not patronize this guy"
