"If you are looking for a family friendly location with a great kids club room full of electronic devices and toys to keep the kids amused and cheap drinks to keep the adults amused then this place is great. unfortunately the same can't be said for the food. I ordered the pizza which was on special for the night and my son had the kids pizza which was very small (fitted into a saucer almost) and burnt. I know kids portions are small but for $9 I was expecting something a little more substantial and ideally less burnt. My pizza came out less burnt but tasteless. The reason I gave it a 3 rating was because it's not pretending to be a pizza place so an oven pizza done under the grill. is probably what I should expect but not a tiny thing for the kids."

"Ate here during dinner time. ordered the spider roll, food was delicious and the service was amazing. the staff came out at the end and gave us free mochi. highly recommend, amazing restaurant"

"Went on a little pie crawl and our first stop was Muzza's Gourmet) Pies in Coorparoo. Their best sellers are reportedly the various chunky steak options, but we were also recommended the chicken, brie asparagus pie $6), and that's what we went with. The boy wanted a party pie $2) so we got one of those too. Verdict: kinda wished we went with a chunky steak option instead, cos this chicken pie, whilst an ok choice, wasn't a real standout. The brie wasn't too obvious, but then again I guess it's not a strong cheese to begin with. The pastry itself was pretty good flaky top and sides/base not too dense. With all pies at $6 or less, I'd be happy to return and try some other flavours."

"Love Easts great value for money. $3.90 for a schooner of beer, $4 for a glass of sparkling, and two meals for $18 during the wk. We live just down the road and, consistent with the other reviews the club is clean, friendly, and the food is more than you could expect for the money. the bar service can be slow that's our only criticism, otherwise its a relaxed club which i recommend to other locals."

"We had the most disappointing dining experience here last night. The service was atrocious - there is simply no other word for it. There were two waiting staff - one who did all of the running around and the other who mainly stayed behind the bar and chatted to a patron who was perched on a bar stool most of the night. We asked for still water and got tap (the choices being still, sparkling or tap) and sat for a good five minutes with our entrees going cold while waiting for our wine. We had originally been promised the taste of a couple of different wines in order to make our choice but this never eventuated. We flagged the waitress down and, in desperation, ordered a bottle of what we thought would do. We commented that our entrees had gone cold to which there was no reaction/recognition whatsoever. My husband's pork belly was average and my scallops were acceptable but, being cold by this time, it was difficult to tell whether a warmer version would have achieved a higher rating. The main meals were very small and pretty much comprised only of the protein portion - thankfully we had ordered two sides to share as these were most definitely needed. This increased the cost of our $40"

"I have wanted to try out It's Mirchi for a while now, mostly because of the variety of yummo vegan meals on the menu. I love a good dal. <br>
The restaurant is quite small but they used the space well. We were seated outside so we had plenty of room. The food came in a reasonable time but the servers were a bit slow with taking our order. <br>

We ordered a bunch of starter kind of meals, the vegetable samosas, onion bhaji and cauliflower pakodas. The samosas were a bit too spicy for our liking but anyone who enjoys spice will love them! The onion bahji was a winner for all of us, it went very fast. <br>

For mains, my mother, grandmother and dad shared the coconut beef and a chicken korma as well as a serve of garlic naan. I ordered the dhal saagwala and wholemeal roti. We also got a side of rice. The coconut beef was a favourite for the others, and the garlic naan was amazing. My dhal was not what I expected based on previous dhals i've had. It tasted like a pumpkin soup, I could hardly taste any of the spices that I usually can. It was still yummy but not the best I've had. The roti was so warm and delicious and it worked well with my dhal. <br>

Overall, I enjoyed parts of my meal and the atmosphere was good but I have had better experiences. I'd say It's Mirchi's Healthy Indian is probably better for takeaway rather than dine-in."

"It was just a bit after the Christmas period, and just the day before heading off to the coast to see my parents, my big sister was around to organising dinner. She has been a fan of online coupons, and another bit of technology she has taken well to is sites such as MenuMate. These are bigger in her current residency of England than in Australia, and she uses them a lot over there. This combined a number of her favourite aspects with buying meals: it exuded value, had a significant saving from the general price, she was able to organise and micro-manage the details plus an eye was able to be put on the total price. Through this, as much for the most cost-efficient method was possible - my big sister in a nutshell. So with the orders placed, and some rice put into the cooker, it was simply the waiting game. <br>
