"I would suggest that you avoid the Panera at 4259 Union Deposit Rd in Harrisburg, PA. While the food is up to the great standards set by most Paneras, this one is decidedly frustrating and disappointing. The kiosk method of food ordering is off-putting, and if there is a problem with your order, they make one try to call your phone and then put your order on hold, whether they dialed the correct phone number or not. Whether you are doing take out or dining in, they give you your food wrapped up and put in a paper bag with only the bare minimum of plastic utensils. This is definitely NOT what we have come to expect from Panera."
