"I've been coming here for years. Even with all the new restaurants in Manhattan Beach, this restaurant near the pier is consistently good. <br/ <br/ There is a dining patio before the front door next to the large bar and dining room on the street level. Upstairs is another dining area. <br/ <br/ The sourdough bread is very good here. Crunchy crust on the outside and soft inside. <br/ <br/ They make good cocktails and offer a good wine and beer selection. <br/ <br/ Fresh fish is the mainstay on the menu with pastas, salads and sandwiches too. <br/ <br/ This chef is excellent with vegetables. The grilled asparagus was cooked perfectly. He also makes Brussels Sprouts with macadamia nuts that will entice you to easily eat all of your veggies. <br/ <br/ The macadamia nut crusted Mahi-Mahi is terrific. <br/ <br/ Be sure to take a walk around the village to window shop and stroll out to the end of the pier at sunset. <br/ <br/ There is a kid's menu with some healthier options."

"Good but expensive. Sandwich the size of a roll is $7. The drink and kitchen areas need to be cleaned. Dust visibly piled up on light fixture, ceiling tiles, and air vents. Sticky black slime on the floor around drink area. Been a customer for years, it's good comfort food, but getting overly expensive for tiny portions."

"Food was good. The waitress forgot to bring a beer I'd ordered, and when they found out, the owner and waitress apologized profusely. It was my first time there; second for my wife and stepson, who is a student at K-State. They decided that the food is good, but we probably won't go back. If we lived in the area, they might be on our list of places to go, but for our occasional visits, there are better alternatives."

"Food was delicious. It was for my mom, for Mothers Day dinner. She liked it very much. I ordered the Thai shrimp fried rice, Padseeyou, Egg rolls, BBQ roasted duck, mixed veggies with chicken and Jumbo shrimps garlic pepper. Well be ordering again."

"Friendly staff, good selection for those who, unlike me, aren't picky, but what I had just seemed bland for the most part, and I was there at around 11:30. Stuff at a regular Chinese buffet establishment has more taste. Not the fault of the people there, just how it is. I've always been curious about the place, so now I know."
