"I order their smoothies on work break. A little pricey but good quality and tasty. One time I spilled a drink because I couldn't open the lid. It's not a regular lid, a piece of plastic sealed on to the cup . This set up may be common to Asians, but to a white guy born in Toronto not so much. But they got me a new one, no complaints. Now I just keep a pen handy to slit a hole into the lid."

"It's the second time I visit this place and I'm always glad. The first time in winter we had a small group and it was nice to be able to sit and chat over some drinks, I liked the signature brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and my friends had fruit teas. All great. I like that sweetness can be customised at many levels.Today I brought my own cup and got 10% off because of that, which I did not know! Ordered the roasted tea with oat milk and it's great as well.For those who are curious about the oat milk, they use Earth's Own Oat Barista, which I can't remember whether it's gluten-free, but it's perfect for milk tea.I'll come back next time I'm downtown."

"I ordered hot bubble tea, but I forgot to mention a little sugar. So it ended with 100% sugar added, which was too sweet for me. I wish they could do much better service by asking and confirming it with customers."

"This is my favourite Chatime location. Perhaps I am biased based on its proximity to the Shops at Don Mills however the service here speaks for itself. The store is always clean and there is plenty of seating in store for a large group. Bubble teas are made to order or selectable off the menu (daily specials in August 2023) and there are a selection of BakeCode desserts available on site such as macarons and cake slices. I highly recommend going to this location."

"Drinks are not to the rim of the cup.Also the milk tea is water downed.I asked for no ice in my milk tea. When i drank it, it tasted liked melted ice drink. It was basically water."
