"We called in a delivery order and the person taking the order didn’t seem to understand how to take an order and write down directions. When we still had not received the order after an hour of waiting, we called to find out when it would be delivered, the Manager got very impatient and kept cutting us off saying how crazy busy they were with orders. He kept saying give us another twenty minutes. When we tried to get him to stop interrupting us, he accused us of harassing him by speaking loudly to try to get him to stop and listen. What a nightmare. If you order from here, be aware that their “freaky fast delivery” might take over an hour, and hopefully the food isn’t spoiled by the time it does get delivered."

"After I heard about Cutler about a year ago, this has become one of my favorite places. Your Mint Brownie cookie is for... what dreams are! The turkey avocado provolone on sourdough is all I want in a sandwich. The special cutlery dressing they put on them is unique and tasty. The sourdough is so soft and fluffy, and they also have excuses on request that I love! We live in the county of Utah, so we don't come here all the time, but every time we're over to stop. Very recommended!"

"I stopped here with my 3-year-old son after his appointment at the oral surgeon and their ice cream is amazing. They don't have a ton of options for flavors which is understandable because it's all homemade, and from what I understand their flavor options change periodically. The only thing I would suggest different is that they always have the option of vanilla and chocolate. I'm not usually a fan of ice cream with stuff in it or different flavors other than vanilla or chocolate but there's was so amazing that I'm sure every single flavor was extremely good, so they still deserved all five stars! The staff was very friendly and it was a very clean environment. The price is on the higher end (but definitely not overpriced), but again that's to be expected because you're definitely getting your money's worth with the quality and being that it's homemade. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody and everybody it was very good!"

"The staff here is excellent! We went on a Monday night with a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old. It was busy but didn 't feel hectic there was a huge group of old folks there for a party or something and it still didn 't feel packed. Our server noticed the kiddos and made sure to mention that ice cream was complimentary (awesome!!!! . Also, love all the 'all you can eat ' dishes. So helpful with kiddos we never had to wait and the manager even went around to the tables and made sure to ask if everything was going well.. quality service and food. Only issue we had was tipping they only take CASH tips. You can pull money out at no fee from the cashier so it worked out okay."
