"First time here and really like how clean the place is. I just ran here from bell block and I'm hungry I ate nice food. Fresh and there are some healthy options. Service is normal for a buffet place plates cleared regularly and drinks offered when they walk past. <br/ <br/ All and all good place and will eat there again. <br/ Oh did I say it's so reasonably priced. <br/ <br/ I had desserts too the brownie bites and coffee cake just wow!!!!"

"A must visit in New Plymouth. Beautiful interior with a cosy outdoor area at the back, delicious coffee and food (particularly pies! and a wide selection of teas. Friendly service. I especially like the beautiful teacups and saucers different every time!"

"Went in here with my friend today. Staff were lovely and got a couple of amazing coffees didnt get anyfood but saw what was coming out and it looked mouthwatering. There was a Lovely darker haired girl on till who complimented me and made my day!! :"

"3 pensioner friends went to the Teahouse for lunch on 10 July 2023 and really enjoyed ourselves. The service was excellent, especially being school holidays so they were busy. We got our food and hot drinks promptly and the prices were as expected, mid-range and on a par with other New Plymouth cafes. The food really was lovely and we'll be going back again very soon. Highly recommend."
