"First timers here. I want to start by saying, there were quite a few customers in line, and the lone employee working was fast, efficient, and courteous! She had 2 huge orders in front of us, and we didn't wait long at all. My son enjoyed his Oreo blast, my wife loved her strawberry shortcake sundae, and I really enjoyed my waffle cone. The German chocolate cake and Boston cream pie ice creams were delicious!! We really liked it and the family oriented vibe of the place. Very good, we are officially fans! "This place is... AMAZING! The people are so sweet. The shop is adorable. The treats are amazing and priced so well. The portions are great, too. We tried a handful of treats and everything was a solid 10/10. I highly recommend them! The photo is the pumpkinpie cheesecake, I did smush it a bit so sorry about that. The portion is huge. I'm not normal a pumpkin person but it was sogood. It wasn't overly spiced and it wasn't aggressively cinnamony. Highly recommend it."

"This was the worst dining experience we have ever had . I purchased a 20 dollar Groupon because I loved going to the place. We went had a few beers and burgers. Food was good, but when the bill came they only subtracted 14 dollars from the bill and claimed Groupon didn't cover alcohol, which it CLEARLY states in the fine print that it does until 10 pm by Tennessee State Law. When we asked them about this and the other $6 they could not give a solid answer. The waitress was seemed extremely aggravated and rude when we had questions about the bill. She even stomped off at one point yelling down a hallway trying to embarrass us. The manager came to our table and told us we should of ordered something more expensive than the hamburgers. The staff seem to get louder and made a scene in front of the other customers when they could not accommodate us or answer our questions.
