"Re: Aulds Rd. locationI have not been to Delicado's for years due to food allergies (there aren't many choices if you have gluten/dairy allergies), but decided to try really the only thing on the menu I could have, their Enchilada. My daughter had a large Chicken Nino and mom had a mediterranean We took it home and we were all very disappointed with what we were served. Mine had barely any soy cheese or chicken and was filled mainly with corn. I had to add other items from my fridge to replace the ridiculous amount of corn which was about half a cup if not more. A massive rip off in my opinion at the price of $7.30.The other two wraps weren't much different. The large chicken nino was more like a large cigar with very little chicken and more cheese. The mediterranean also had very little chicken, very little cheese or sauce. Bottom line is we were all very disappointed at what ended up to be a very overpriced meal totaling almost $30. I tried to complain on their website but when you click on 'contact us' the page just goes blank. We won't be going back to this location."

"Came here with family from out of town. Was ready with our vaccine passports and IDs. Mine wasn’t “accepted”, as I do not have the QR code yet and I just moved here from Alberta. I’m Getting my booster soon, as I need it for...work and told them that. They still would not accept my paper copy. I have been allowed everywhere else, I use my vaccine passport daily. As if people during this time don’t get persecuted enough, even after getting the vaccine I’m told I’m not allowed in…"

"Absolutely amazing, surprisingly-affordable breakfast and baked goods! The Benny was delicious and the lox and eggs was incredible. And the Nanaimo bars were the best I've ever had in Nanaimo. Definitely recommend!"

"My husband ordered a steak that was the thinnest piece of meat I've ever seen. It was overcooked and chewy. I had the chicken souvlaki which consisted of two skewers with three tiny pieces of meat on each. One of the skewers had "mystery meat" on it. One was definitely chicken but I swear the other wasn't chicken. I queried the waitress and she insisted it was chicken. I honestly don't know what it was. I wanted to like the place since we lack decent restaurants in this area. My sister has been several times and loves the food. Maybe we went at a bad time? I don't know. What I do know is that we won't go back since we don't want to chance wasting our hard-earned cash again. I do want to say that the service was very good in spite of the less-than-stellar meal."
