"Restaurant Located in Coldra Courts Hotel in Newport. Menu marked up what is and isn't Gluten Free and was easy to follow. Most dishes were selectable including the featured st louis ribs. Different variety of GF main dishes too. Did not have desserts but a couple of options available. Maybe a better variety would have inclined us to go for the full three course as only a gf brownie and a fruit salad to choose from. With most coeliacs/gluten intolerant people I know, they are all too familiar with the classic fruit salad"

"Fab small traditional pub in Fishguard With a beautiful beer garden (and Kovid Safe beer parking! We visited lunch on Sunday so they were very busy, but many vegan options available, also a fully vegan Sunday roast. The cake and the sides I had were delicious and very full. Onion rings were homemade and great. All round a great place to go for a real piece Pub Grub"

"Zizzi is a great place to go when they eat with meat freeze they can still have a great vegan room! they offer vegan starters, mains an ingenious dessert option also! zizzi have their own vegan cheese so they can once enjoy a delicious pizza!"

"Caerleon was recommended to go tonn from the hotel we were staying at so looked up The Bell, menu sounded good and we were not disappointed. Real cider on tap, warm friendly welcome by every member of staff, food was amazing, the scotch egg starter was one of the best I've had in a very long time, all home cooked food, delicious and nothing too much trouble. Staff were just lovely, young bubbly and very attentive, landlord or manager, not sure who he.was, was a breath of fresh air, smiling, chatty. Had a lovely evening, thank you all so much"

"I’ve been ordering these brownies since 2012 and don’t plan on stopping. They’re utterly lush; totally delicious. The service is amazing too I mostly order them as a treat for myself, or a dessert for a dinner party but have sent boxes to friends and colleagues over the years which are always brilliantly received and perfectly packed. Flavour of the Month’ is super too there have been some brilliant ones....think Easter’s choc egg ones and the orange matchstick ones are my favs to date. Best brownies ever!!"
