"We decided spontaneously to eat here. Fortunately not having a reservation wasn’t a problem. One of us ate gluten-free and lactose-free. There were multiple options available. Our dinner tasted really good! I had the chicken with Mediterranean vegetables. Highly recommended. It was well spiced. Forgot to make pictures of desert, but that was very tasty too. Pavlova with lactose free ice cream. Yummy!"

"I've been going here for lunch, once a week, for a long time and it really is the best place to eat The food is amazing,and as a vegan I don't say that lightly. The girls are just lovely and the whole experience is relaxing. Tbh, it's a good job I don't live in Builth or I would eat there every day Looking forward to another visit very soon."

"Perhaps the place cannot help its antiquated feel 'Like the fifties only without the charm, ' as my wife put it) and the meal was mediocre at best half-warm fish). But what put the cherry on the cake was an unforgivable act of staff discourtesy. Having settled the bill and finished our drinks, as we reached for our coats we were accosted by a young woman demanding loudly in front of the other diners: 'Have you paid? ' Restaurants don 't get much ruder than that. Appalling."
