"We where at the back of beyond we thought it was a nice quiet place but getting into the cite is a bit of a no go for us it put us off the place from the very beginning because we met a caravan and...car coming down the lane when we where going in and they where coming out it was so close we almost touched each other the road is only wide enough for one to go up and down the lane"

"Cakes looked nice but no prices. We had the chocolate brownie and it wasn’t unpleasant. Coffee was ok but not great. Had to ask for the cake after coffee was ready, staff were ok but one kept staring and it was quite uncomfortable. No ambience. Wouldn’t use again."

"I've been here for years, and it's still the scale for coffee when I visit other places. I've only read to go here many paintings. never less than excellent. my "gate to 'drink is currently a mandelmilch piccolo. the cakes are also great."

"Returned to The Castle Inn after many many years and found the atmosphere very nice indeed. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was plentiful and reasonable value for money. The Sunday roast was good and the stroganoff was okay as well. Would I return: yes I would to select from the varied menu."

The staff are always very welcoming and you sense a pride of a great team who cares about your experience. There is plenty of space to choose a from, with a nice selection of food and drinks.
