"If anyone gives these people a bad review they are only doing this because they are bad seeds. Lol I loved this place. The food is so amazing. It's real, pure wholesome food. You can feel a nourishing energy eating it. The owners are very kind and helpful. I wish nothing but good things for them. If you haven't gone yet, your missing out more then you know."

"I was just here once, but I'm back! In the redding heat it is nice to go and get a nice cool salad, fresh made, as well as a fantastic sandwich. This is not fast food in any way, so let you be prepared for about 15 minutes for your meal. The amount of food you get for the price seems to me a very good value. I got half a sandwich and half a salad, and I was pretty good stuffed. I'm not a petite eater either. The tables are generally smooth with a beautiful painting. However, the table we just sat right from the door when you stepped out seemed quite sticky, maybe because the paint is peeling or the sky forbids it was just dirty. If you put on top of the table rests or your hand, your clothes would stick and your hand would pull away from the table top. It may sound worse than it was actually, and I still give 5 stars because the quality of the food was so good."
