"Best ice cream store in the entire St. Paul area. While there's a competing ice cream store less than a mile away, that one serves grocery store ice cream and obscene amounts. The ice cream that you get a Cold Front is from the University of Wisconsin Madison's dairy barn and amazing. They have incredible flavors and generous servings for a single cone. Definitely worth supporting this local small business.While I've never joined Cold Front's $40 a month coffee club, they seem to make amazing fancy espresso drinks too. You're missing out if you stop by the Nook and don't come here for dessert."

"Unlike Starbucks and Caribou, Dunn still has a manual espresso machine, which gives the barista the control to make a better cup of coffee. This Dunn is well-staffed and everyone is friendly. The baked goods are superior to most coffee shops. My 2 favorites are the chocolate avalanche warmed up, and the espresso brownie bites. Today I tried their ?food? menu for the first time. I had the California chicken sandwich, and it was excellent. This Dunn is located in a dense suburban area, so it occasionally gets busy with families, especially on weekend afternoons. Other times are usually pretty quiet."
