"The location is great, the owners katja and hristina are super friendly! they choose their desserts with natural products and locally grown they have many vegan options and always have mandible or cocos milk for my espresso or cappuccino! cake lab made a great vegan koskuchen for my birthday and would be ready to create a special bake for their vacation."

"I really liked the brownie with peanut tahini and the one with hazelnut tahini. Both are made with sugar tho.The keto brownie is simply a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it. The ones with raspberries and cherries are really not my cup of tea, but they are not bad. You can get yourself a box with all kinds of brownies they make. Note that the box includes brownies which are not vegan. And last but not least I find it really frustrating that one of the employees didn't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. Hello? "Only outside the yushen park. high a spiral staircase to the floor above road level. her name seems to be 43 [Grad symbol;] I did not see “Parallel 43” used. they have an English menu, at least with the teller names, if not the ingredients. only some items are vegan. it is self-service: after ordering and payment, observe that their meals appear on the glass cabinet, and bus their own table after. desserts are displayed in the cabinet, several labeled vegan, cheesecake, muffins, etc. coffee, tees and drinks are available. there are more tables outside, street side. I had folded the rice pancake over salat with avocado bites, with a good scavenging sauce. a vegan muffin, black in color and hearty, not sweet."

"This is an extremely popular place, and being one of the very few entirely vegan joints in Bulgaria, it's of course something to be grateful for. Especially since they have a professional chef coming up with artisanal recipes. However... I've been there 3 times in total, ordered different dishes every time, and the taste was never something to write home about... I really wanted to love it! But it just was fancy, but not entirely delicious. The prices are very, very high, but that is kind of standard for Sofia artisanal restaurants. All in all I'm happy a proper vegan restaurant exists in Bulgaria, I just feel like the focus should be a bit more on quality and taste, rather than, well, pretentiousness..."
