"Poor quality, over priced food slow service despite being one of three tables in the entire building a generous two stars.Seriously though, I use to LOVE Red Lobster but I was greatly disappointed the last three times I went. Long story short, took about 15 minutes to have our drink order taken, and probably close to 40/45 minutes till our entree order was taken. Took super long to get our food, and it was mostly cold. I 'm going to assume it was up in the window for a while and the server left it set as he did whatever else.Husbands salad was literally inedible, soggy and way too much dressing meanwhile the chicken was burnt and made a clunk noise when you tapped it on the table, it was so dry. But with how long it took to get our food, we decided it was easier to just leave it than ask for a remake. Then proceeded to have issued with paying, tried to find someone to help but everyone was in the kitchen. Took nearly 30 minutes to pay with the janky table side tablets, as they lagged so bad. Wish we had brought cash. It was nearly 8 till we left, after getting there just after 5:30. If it hadn 't been my birthday dinner, we probably would 've walked out based purely on how long it took to even get our drinks, to be completely honest.Overall, a waste of money and even more time. Glad I did my errands before dinner rather than after. I 'm definitely not going to return.Rant over."

"This is our families favorite place to have lunch every time we are in town. One of few restaurants that have a gluten free menu so I can order a different entree each time we visit. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. Can't wait till next visit those pastrami sandwiches are a BIG hit for my family"

The bagels, bread bowls soups), sandwiches, mac cheese, and bakery items are great like you would expect from Panara. The steet-side tables inside are also enjoyable to sit at when you have time, while I see others enjoy the covered patio."
