"One thing a business owner should have is mediocre customer service skills and professionalism when someone makes a complaint or doesn't agree but you won't find that here if you decide to complain.My mother a almost 80 year old lady ordered a cake and paid for it in full she never asked for a discount or anything like that she paid what she originally agreed to in full but she did make a complaint because it was nothing like what was asked for. Left the shop and recieved the most absurd and unprofessional call from the owner. Speaking down to my mother. The cake was okay tho but the experience not so much. So don't complain and you should be all set but don't agree and complain be prepared!! And just a fyi the owner will probably respond on this post and you'll get just a version of how she is when you have a complaint with her business. In fact you can go back where others haven't liked it or complained and see the pattern!!!!"
