"We had an evening with friends and decided to go there without reservation - we thought that would be a problem as the place to be is to eat with his chic owner pizza. When we arrived on a Tuesday at 8 we were surprised, as the place was almost empty and only 4 tables were occupied. so no problem with the table, even though we had to find one ourselves - the service was too friendly and not really inviting - he talked us about the water of the water in bottled water, which was a very expensive surprise on the bill! we ordered bruschetta to share (what was super!) and the pizza san danielle - overall the pizza was good - the taste was super, but the teig was far too soft and not crispy at all. for a famous, chic, new pizzeria it was a complete disappointment - I would not recommend it because the staff is terrible and eating is average. there seems to be a lot to do to fulfill the expectations that one has at such a place. we'll see if they change something."

"Das Europa, inmitten des mittlerweile hippsten Teil von Wien liegend, ist ein bisschen wie Fisch noch Fleisch. Man mag es oder man verachtet es. Ich mag es in der Nacht, verachte es am Tage. Und das hat verschiedene Gründe. Beginnend am Tage ist mir das Lokal zu laut um dort einen Kaffee oder eine der recht ordentlichen Speisen einzunehmen. Ich brauche auch keine Musik im Hintergrund die mich einlullt, während ich in den Nachrichtenblättern versinke. Ich möchte mich erholen, Stress von Gästen und Kellner brauche ich da genauso wenig wie einen Gast, der verdutzt aus der Wäsche schaut, weil es keinen Soja Latte Chia Pudding gibt. Nachts hingegen mag ich das Lokal dagegen sehr. Die Mischung der Leute passt (mal abgesehen vom Wochenende, wo alle aus ihren Löchern kriechen und cool weggehen wollen), und wenn ich mich in den wenig frequentierten Nichtraucherbereich setze, kann ich im Gegensatz zum Tage in aller Ruhe meine Zeitschriften lesen und sinnieren. Packt mich die Lust nach einer Tschick, trete ich den kurzen Weg an die zweite oder dritte Bar an. Obendrein, so meine geliebte Bedienkraft anwesend ist, bekomme ich meinen recht dürftigen Rotwein ohne Worte und ohne lautes Schreien nach der Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht. Dafür tausend Dank! Die Kellnerschaft ist auf Draht. Es sind gestandene Leute und freundlich obendrein. Soweit das machbar ist, denn ein Teil der Gäste benimmt sich im Alkoholrausch recht daneben. Da muss man eine harte Haut haben und das hat die Belegschaft im Europa. Die Getränke sind leider so lala, das Essen schwankt zwischen mhmm und naja. Aber es ist hoch anzurechnen, dass dieses Lokal bis in die Früh ordentlich Speisen zu vernünftigen Speisen serviert....und das recht flott. Auch gibt es selten Probleme mit der Bonierung von Rechnungen, wie es recht häufig woanders anzutreffen ist. Die Kellner haben hier eine Menge zu tun und wenn dann mal etwas daneben geht, kann man das eine oder andere Malheur in Ruhe unter den Gasttisch schieben.Das Europa ist und bleibt eine Institution."

"A very friendly waiter received us and led us to the reserved table.We gave him the daily deal voucher for rustbarten for 2 persons. The ordered drinks ( 2 large glass beer) came in an acceptable period.The appetizer plate (2 spreads) with jourgebäck was very good.The two rost beards were tough, tasteless and no highlight that one would like to enjoy again.On the question of the waiter's attack on my wife, as it had tasted daily again, she said truly good at all this evening!"
