"I love so many things about Panera, the most important being their devotion to clean, unprocessed food. But I was blown away by the new store. The floor plan was open with lots of windows and comfy seating for different size parties. I appreciated the self-order kiosks and the helpful staff ready to assist me. I was worried when they closed in the former outdoor seating but they put a cute patio out front instead. And it has a drive-thru!! I’m hoping the new Panera in Clemmons is very similar!!"

"This is a must go to place. The food is amazing the waitress was wonderful. She recommended the horse radish Salmon and it was to die for. It was our first time going and it will definatly be our new go to spot."

"We live in Charlotte, were on this way for the Wake Forest game. After seeing two jerseys, the shops on the TV, I knew what I wanted for lunch. I always do the number 7 in a bowl. Yeah, I had NIE that someone treated my food so nicely. Yes I said beautiful. He cut the tomatoes, halved the onions, added bacon. My bowl looks like an artwork. The sandwich of my husband and the son was also horrific. I was so impressed by the time he took in his trial. A little goes far. I didn't catch his name. But jersey Mike, if you listen, he was still big (if I got his name) on Saturday 10/22 at 1:45 in the afternoon. Give that guy a raise. He is concerned with such care. Of course the food was great. It was the concern that it continued. He works on Ruth Chris plain."

"So I ordered breakfast through the Panera app for delivery. When the driver got here (they deliver through Door Dash , he did not have the 2 smoothies that went with my order. When questioned, the driver stated they did not hand him any drinks, only the bag. I know this is not right, because I usually pick up my own orders in the morning, and they have the to go orders setting by the door and you just grab and go. So I called the Panera store. Hannah (sorry if I am spelling it wrong! answered the phone, super friendly and very understanding. After I explained what happened, she said she was actually the catering coordinator and was heading over to main campus (which is a couple miles from where I am located and she would bring me my smoothies. She was supper kind from the very start of the phone call, all the way through when she delivered my drinks. Very helpful, and pleasant! She did not have to bring me my order, she could have very well made any other decision (cancel my order, make me wait for another door dasher, etc. but she did not, she went ABOVE and BEYOND her job duties, and her customer service skills are impeccable. THANK YOU HANNAH!!!!! <3"

"In the words of Joan Rivers: Can we talk??about Culver?s? Geez Louise, it was our first time here and it was fantastic. Not just the food, they also have excellent customer service. Hubs got the Butter Bacon Double Cheddar Burger with crinkle fries and drink. I built my own as a single with cheddar, SHREDDED lettuce, grilled onions, mayo and mustard. I also ordered a side of onion rings. The onion rings are flour battered so they are smooth and not mean to your mouth like panko breading. They were outstanding! The perfectly cooked onion ring has a clean bite. Meaning, you bite it and the onion doesn?t pull out of the remaining breading. The crinkle fries were crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside. Delicious! The burgers had a great flavor with crispy edges. I will tell you this, the burger was so good, I regretted not getting a double. Live and learn. We also got a vanilla frozen custard in a cup and I got the ?mini? frozen concrete of vanilla custard with Oreos. They were both SO good! Full disclosure?after the ice cream, I almost ordered the cheese curds. I didn?t, but I REALLY wanted to. We will definitely be going back. They are building a new location in Kernersville and I can not wait! We drove by the location and so far only the foundation is poured. They need to get busy! Now, about the customer service: the young man that took our order was very accommodating. He was friendly, polite and funny, for both our meal order and then our custard order. The manager on duty was also head and shoulders above other restaurants. We witnessed him going to a table and apologizing. He said he knew the young man that took their order for a lettuce wrapped burger, but their lettuce was shredded. The customer was very nice and said it was no problem, she just didn?t want the bun. An actual apology from a full service fast food joint. I commend the manager for taking the potential heat. We had a fantastic experience and I encourage you to go. #culvers!"
