"Wanted to give a Shout Out to Michael a cashier at The Belle Vernon Giant Eagle! In a world full of so much negativity Michael is The Happiest Person I’ve ever met! He always engages you in conversation and has a huge smile on his face! Yesterday I stopped in after work and I was still wearing my scrubs. He said “obviously you are in the healthcare field and I’d like to thank you for your service!” I in turn thanked him for his service also! He continued the conversation with many more compliments! A genuine asset to Giant Eagle!!"

"To find a bakery to supply some bakery biscuits bagels was harder than I thought it was. Thanks to the young lady who answered the phone. She had a few questions for me when I asked if she had deliveries that she told me first that they only supply to companies. Then she asked me some questions. She told me that I could call the owners in the morning and she could ask if they would do something after I answered more questions for them, she said. When she came back on the phone, she told me that John the owner would call me a bit and talk to me. And he did exactly that he called me back in about 30 minutes, I explained to him the situation that I prefer to take care of a small business, especially this time when everything is so closed and I could definitely use a large box company to send flowers or a fruit basket, but I wanted to use the local little business and help them. Without further explanation, John and his staff have done exactly that, thank you for ever so much appreciated. The owner John gave me his phone when I need something in the future to give him a call way to go big customer service in the whole area"
