"I wish I could take the stars away, I would have a negative 5. we were at applebee on October 17th. I myself my mother and son (for his birthday). the waitress was nice, but we sat at least 15-20 minutes before other guests who sat around our table. all the other tables got eat there before we did, even our appetizer! 10-15 minutes after our appetizers came to us, our escapes came out. my son ordered a steak meal and my mother and I had the chicken and garnel flour. my son's steak wasn't even warm! there was no heat to the steak on allwhen the waitress brought our chicken flours, the bottom of one of the plates had kartoffels on the floor and it smashed over the table. at this point I asked a supervisor. as arthur, the manager, came to our table to talk to us, he was very unprofessional and eager! he told me that he would pay for the meal. After he said that he told us that they can go now! he begins to raise his voice. any paying customer would be upset if they wait 20 minutes only for one appetizer just after others that they will in get their important business before we even get our appetizer! then trained for the person to represent her company acts unprofessional, then the person he trained. I will not recommend nor to receive this PART-Location as best as possible! arthur must take over the training and sensitivity training of the customer. or quit."

"We recently placed an order for graduation cookies. The person taking our order did not seem to comprehend the colors we wanted for the cookies after being told three times...received a call from an employee the day before we were scheduled to pick up saying there were no colors written down on order form! Also, when arriving for pick up and waiting in line for a long amount of time, an employee seemingly could not find our cookies and they were not even boxed up yet. The employee was also shown a picture of cookies in the shape of caps and diplomas, however we received all round cookies with just a picture of caps and diplomas. Very dissatisfied!"

"Wait time to be seated was bad, however it seemed like there were many servers unless that wasn't there job.. Appetizers came out hot and fresh as well as the food. All in under 30 minutes. Wonderful service. And the waitress was really nice!"
