"Stayed at the attached hotel half-board so are here a lot. Great breakfasts and lunches. Dinner variable, slightly slow service but usually worth the wait. Food occasionally not as hot as I'd ideally expect, but never cool enough to send back. Variable presentation, I.e. the crumble sometimes came with custard, but not always (what it came with wasn't stated on the menu). All considered, it's presentation food is at the more upmarket end of the surrounding restaurants, but still at sensible prices."

"Went in on a Saturday early evening about 6ish. Went inside to get a table and the only one on offer was by toilets at back with no view. All tables except one empty inside and was told all reserved. There was 6 of us and the only 6 table inside was the one offered. My wife wanted to eat there so we ended up outside which can get quite windy. Also ordered a bottle of rose which we had on a previous lunch time. Brought a different bottle and we told the waiter it was not the right one and showed him again on the menu to which he replied that it was. I had taken a photo of the previous one because we liked it so much so showed the waiter. He then went and got the correct one but tried to tell us it was the same wine in both different bottles! . Guess what nobody turned up for those reserved tables before we left! So i would imagine they can not be bothered to move a two seater and a four seat table together and also do not trust the waiters!"

"Service is super slow for starter. Prawns are ridiculously overcooked and sauces are questionable. Portion sizes are small and overpriced at the same time. Unfortunately can not recommend at all and would never go back."

"We enjoyed tonight’s dinner in Lagos. We went for the tapas, which was very fresh and good. We asked for a good wine to our taste and that was exactly what we got! But best of all was the very (child)friendly atmosphere. Pity the restaurant was so empty (end of October), they definetely deserve a full restaurant."
