"I was there today with a friend. The menu has changed since the last time my daughter and i went. The food used to be excellent, today, it was the worst meal I have eaten in a long time. After praising the place, i was embarrassed. The toast that came with burrata was so black, it looked like charcoal. When the waitress came to ask, I told her and she said sorry?? Will never go back and sorry i have recommended it to so many people. What has happened and why did they change the menu?"

"In this restaurant for a friend 'a birthday. immediately noticed how disturbed it was, what some people might find charming. it was dark with only candles that illuminate the place. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. I ordered a dozen oysters, because the oysters were small and barely registered at the gaumen. the beef-tenderoin was nothing special, just a hunk of meat on a teller. everything was ala carte so ordered the dauphinois carrots that were dry. the zucchini court had a honey glaze with nuts, which were in order, but could be made easy to house. the dessert menu was tender with only two, a pumpkin cake and the worst creampe brûlée I've ever had. it contained a kind of obst not sure what and nuts. my friend had the foie grass that was good. overall not impressed and will not be back. they save their money people there are better and more reasonable than this place of the pretenz"

"The food was delicious. Incredibly flavourful and presented well. Every dish was so tasty but the pork belly steamed buns and the wild mushroom pasta stood out, for us. Service was friendly and helpful. It was our first time and our server was helpful with describing each dish and pointing out some of the local favourites. The portion sizes are not overly large, but with a combination of small plates (one of each menu 'section ' for 2 people), we were more than satisfied. We will spread the word and will be back. Perfect for a date night or smaller groups (2-6)."

"We went there with our family for dinner,I had heard about how unique it was that's not the word I would use.The food items where served family style if there was one particular dish that was better than others ,it was quickly gone. The menu is very lacking in traditional foods in fact there are none.I also found the bill of fare quite high for the quality and quantity.The washroom is a closet with an old vanity hung on the wall and one small light bulb.I am surprised they can get away with the facilities they have,obviously the board of health has not inspected the facility.On the bright side my children (grown adults ) seemed to think it was ok.As for me I will not be returning !"

"The atmosphere here was somehow very covered but super-upscale at the same time. alan was our waiter and he made this a very pleasant evening (increating where to park, explain the menu, make sure our tassen were never empty, and his very happy arrangement) and even the manager visited the table to see how everything was and it was lovely. the sides are much bigger than I had expected and probably should not have been ordered with the pasta as I was too full to try more than a taste. and it was very good, I would highly recommend the roasted brunette spouts with boar bacon."

"We have gone there on several occasions that the food and service has been excellent but this time it was dreadful. The service was sub par with little or no attention from our seasoned server. Ordered the clams which I sent back twice as the first time 50% of them were closed, second time not much better. We ordered lamb shoulder and I had the Wild Boar needless to say we were served steak and fillet mignon which was meant for another table! We eventually got the right entre that we ordered that was good. The assistant manager apologized for the mix up but never even offered us a glass of wine to make up for the wrong doings and he hoped to see us again!"

"This restaurant is located in the historic Exchange District. It is a nice cozy place, but don’t let the size fool you. Fabulous local fare that is seasonal, with a great beer and wine selection. Staff is very knowledgeable in pairing suggestions and recommendations for menu items. We had the lamb shanks, which were seasoned in an interesting combination of sesame, coriander, and pumpkin seed. Served with squash. The appetizer we had was phenomenal: roasted Brussels sprouts with fresh dill and mustard seeds with a sauce that I can’t recall, but was very good. Their house made focaccia bread to start was tasty as well. This place is perfect for a date night with a special someone. Highly recommended!"
