"Liz was our server, she was amazing and attentive. She was the only bartender and the server for our section. She kept up with all her duties and was attentive without being overbearing. We appreciate her service. Food was hot and delicious."

"Contrary to some customers bad experience, I came here different times and ordered food at the counter without any issues. My fave is brisket sandwich, curly fries and ice tea, sometimes shake or different flavors of turnover. I love to sit down here and enjoy my meal as the huge glass window was overlooking the beautiful Sandia Mountain and the nice blue sky makes it even more relaxing. The meal I love is good it's nice to share with friends and family. I think this is a perfect place for meeting up or hanging out with friends family or doing your schoolwork while enjoying your meal. Maybe a suggestion that someone should be assigned to clean the dining area and wipe the tables after each customer leaves. Other than that, I love coming to this place."

"Went here for lunch on 10-5-22 sat in line for 30 minutes i remained patient and finally made it to the speaker to order. No one said anything i said hello a few times and nothing by this time my patients was running no one ever said anything after 45 mins i finally made to the window and the guy asked what i ordered i said i didnt order because no one came on the dam speaker. He said well you should have waited longer!? By this time i was so mad i couldnt even eat. I was in that dam drive thru for almost an hour. They should make a law where there has to be an extra lane to escape these drive thru's run by bad establishments. This Arbys is by far the worst ive ever been too. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, slow slow slow. They lost a customer for life."

"Really well done Irish Pub. Hidden underneath Ace Hardware, at the corner of San Mateo and Lomas. Look for it on the northeast corner of the intersection. Drive to the underground parking underneath Ace Hardware, which you can get to from the south side of the building. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Masks are optional inside. They have all of the pub favorites. Last night I had Scotch eggs and bangers and mash. They have fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, Reuben sandwiches, poutine, and a couple of dozen other really delicious items. Check it out. Lots of fun, good prices, nice people. You can't strike out here."

"Hate writing bad reviews but at some point maybe it will make them make a change. When this location first opened it was awesome!! Over the last several months it's steadily declined and on the regular they forget a fry. Tonight had a very long wait in the drive through, lobby was closed so I waited. I presumed that 4 burgers and 4 fries was easy enough to make sure you have the whole order. I was wrong. Missing a fry for an order of 4 combos. I get they were swamped tonight but it happens almost every time i come to this location. Flavor of breakfast burrito has diminished lately too and I just find myself ready to drive farther to a different blakes. Literally the last 5 times I've been here 4 of them have left me dissatisfied."

"Came inside and ordered a burrito at the counter. I chose sausage. Got my burrito within a few minutes. A few others, whom had placed online orders, had to wait for the bacon to cook. They also forgot to let the front desk clerk know they were waiting for their orders. I couldn't hold my laughter in as I left after eating because they were arguing for 10 minutes. (Pro tip... Walk inside...."

"We really enjoy the food here and would eat here way more often if the service was better. We tried to go yesterday evening and after waiting 10 min just to be greeted by the hostess we were told it was going to be a 20 min wait for a party of 7 due to being short staffed. We went elsewhere."
