"Extremely difficult process to order. Tried via their 3rd party service to be forced to link social media accounts to order, ultimately resulting in an endless loading screen deleting my order. So I go to their website and re order, to be unable to enter my card information and complete the checkout. Okay third times the charm right? Call the store and pick it up... should be simple right? Nope, not even able to communicate the order to the person on the phone, just randomly put on hold half way through the order and never talked to again. So I went in for my 4th attempt at ordering. My reviews are usually about the food, and I commend a business for being busy during this time. It's just extremely irritating to have every Avenue and link to ordering be a complete fail. The pizza is decent, and should definitely add a BYOP option in the future. Hint hint, it's where the big bucks are."
