"Went in here for a spontaneous lunch on Thursday at 1205. One other table seated for lunch and other than that the workers were the only people around. Down stairs at entrance to building a sign was out for this venue stating '50c wings', lured us inside. Walk to the counter upon perusing the menu which had on it a '$10 lunch special, see our board or ask the friendly staff'. Ask the staff member what the special is today, he advised he was unsure and he would get his manager. The female manager walks over and rudely asks us what we would like. I firstly mention we saw the 50c wing sign downstairs, she proceeds to respond "oh yer, im not artistic and got here late today so havent bothered doing anything with that sign, it was for yesterday". So i ask "no wings then? ok what is the $10 special?", the manager rudely responds "thats a kids meal". Me, looking at the menu which has the kids meal for $10 already confused asks "so there is no $10 special?" Manager rudely replies "nope, so what do you want?". Now for a manager to use 1. poor english and 2. an attitude not fit for customer service is bad enough but the incident gets worse. End up ordering a pulled pork burger and pulled pork fries. Sit down to wait, 40 minutes later no food. We now have to get going to an appointment so I walk inside to ask for the food takeaway since took so long. Ask the manager who responds to my question of "do you do takeaway?" as "no". I walk back otuside to advise my girlfriend they dont do takeaway, she decides to ask for a refund then as 45 minutes for a burger and fries is ridiculous. Walks inside to get a refund, the manager then rudely informs her that "fine, on this occasion we will do you takeaway". We proceed to get our food 10 minutes later and leave the venue. As walking out, i notice our meals wrapped up both look the same. Get back to the office and unwrap them to find we both got served burgers, mine the right thing, my friend (who had ordered chips) had some sort of chicken burger. My friend then proceeds to call the venue and gets put onto this manager, the managers atrocious and rude response was "Well you were rushing us that's why we wrapped you up two burgers". That was the explanation for why the meal was wrong. No apology, no offer to come round with the right meal and no customer service. Needless to say for a new venue they're sure on the right track to be going out of business. Will not recommend this venue to anyone nor return."
