"*First time going as I’ve been wanting to check them out for a minute.Went in at about 11:30 on a Monday. Nobody was there and the place had a weird greasy, old Chinese food restaurant smell to it. I would expect to be smelling beef, chicken, fries, something like that. I ordered the ultimate fab which had 2 beef patties and chicken bacon. (find it weird there’s no really bacon)I got my food and it was served on a tray with wax paper, it kinda through me off a bit as I don’t know how clean the tray it. At first glance the burger looked good, then I saw the pool of grease it was laying. It soaked the bottom bun, o took a napkin to soak up the grease as best as I could. I dissected the burger and noticed 1 small tomato slice and 4 tiny end pickle slices. It came with 2 onion ring and only 1 piece of the bacon. I’ve never had a burger with only piece of bacon on it.I took a bite and right off the bat there was something that didn’t taste right. Not sure if it was the grease, the chicken bacon or literally zero seasoning to the meat. I went through about 10 napkins from the grease of the burger, it was not the juiciness, it was grease. I continued eating it trying to figure out what was off with the burger. I can to the conclusion it was lack of seasoning, the grease and the weird flavour of the chicken bacon. The fries were ok, they are kinda like Costco fries.Needless to say I won’t be coming back to try anything else on the menu. Customer service was kinda weird as I was overcharged then I said something after I paid and was told they I was in regular customer they could give me a credit but didn’t take any info down, then said I could have something extra instead like more fries but I don’t want more fries. She then messaged the owner and ended up giving me back the difference.Very disappointed in the food as I eat burgers from all over the place but this one won’t get another shot."

"Food is very expensive there. I asked for small wrap, and I paid $10 for that. I was expecting to have least 6-7 pieces of chicken, which is very normal, in wraps. You are not gonna believe, she just added only 2 small pieces of chicken. Upon complaining, they just said, that’s all we add in small. Are we living in 2080 or something for gods sake. For $10 you just add 2 small pieces of chicken. For these kind of people, Canada food industry is deteriorating. I would have let it go at this point, if the staff was friendly and nice about it, and understand my concern. Since they started acting rude without no reason. I never wanted to eat there and asked for refund, every time that lady denied, and started blaming me, and was so rude and said to me. Why did you order it then. I was like excuse me. I have every right to say no before you started making it, but even after you cooked it, I can still say no. It’s a common law in food industry. But anyways, Just for the owner your staff don’t have any moral values, how to talk to customers. They need to go back to school, and learn some etiquettes. It’s good, I was also adamant, of not letting my hard earned money to these culprits. The funny part is, coincidentally the police showed up at the same time, they offered me refund. Or else they’d denied to give my money back as well. As they had no intention of not giving my money.I hope Owner look into this and take some action on the staff behaviour, And provide food, as what’s other restaurants offer to that price. Because the quantity of chicken to the price asked was ridiculous.Never ever going back there. Have my friends and family, who goes there. Apparently they also know that lady. Shared the whole experience. Never ever going back their either."
