"If you like excellent Indo-Chinese food with great service, then this is the place to be at. This place is now my favorite new restaurant. Our server was owners younger brother. He was basically running everywhere and had the busy restaurant under his control."

"I had a disappointing experience at Spice of Nepal today when I attempted to place a pick-up order over the phone. Despite multiple attempts, no one answered the call, which left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the restaurant's reliability.Deciding to give them another chance, my companions and I decided to dine in instead,The waitstaff appeared inattentive, making it difficult to get their attention when we needed assistance. They seemed indifferent to our concerns, and our attempts to address the issues were met with indifference.The lack of responsiveness on the phone and the subsequent subpar dining experience left us disappointed and dissatisfied. I believe it's crucial for a restaurant to prioritize both their take-out and dine-in customers and provide attentive service to create a positive impression. To make matters worse, when we politely raised our concerns with the servers they seemed dismissive and offered no solutions or apologies. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Regrettably, my experience at Spice of Nepal fell short of expectations, and I would hesitate to return or recommend it to others based on this unfortunate encounter. I hope that the management takes these criticisms constructively and endeavors to improve their service standards in the future. Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the restaurant’s staff.I will not be returning to Spice and cannot recommend it to others due to the customer service experience."

"There are a couple sushi places in Newton but this one is the best one so far. The rice isn't mushy at all, unlike some places. The lady who works there is also very kind to my friends and I. Aomori is my go-to place whenever I want sushi afterschool"
