"They're supposed to close at 2 and I've been there a few times and they've been closed 20 to 30 minutes early. A shame I'd rather eat there than any of these other restaurants. Hardee's yall is losing business."

"An early lunch, as our stomachs are still at ATL time. Good Patty Melts, nice staff and well maintained place. 1st time from Orange Beach, AL. We are a family of five, so it would have been nice to table (or fold as in public toilets) in the bathroom for the 6 months old. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Bay Minette, AL is quiet city like any small town."

"Don’t think I’ll be eating at Hardee’s anymore after this experience. The drink machines didn’t work, no napkins or condiments available inside, and the staff seemed totally clueless. My families food came out 10 minutes before mine. When my burger finally came out it was even cooked all the way. I’m not eating a rare fast food burger. Fries were cold, chicken fingers were cold, and my wife said her burger was terrible. We picked around, but mostly tossed our food. I did ask for a refund for my uncooked burger, which the employee couldn’t figure out, so she stepped away to do something else. Since we had already been there for half an hour, I cut my losses and left. I also watched them get 3 to 4 orders wrong in the drive-through during the time we were there. Who ever owns this place should have their franchise license revoked."
