"I've only had the buffalo chicken steak and a burger from here before and I definitely recommend the former over the latter. The burger was extremely greasy but the steak was perfect."

"A bit surprised by the last bad reviews. Apart from having to wait 10 minutes longer than expected, I had only good experiences here. we ordered them twice in the last month and burger came out exactly as we ordered them. the riders were fresh and hot, not to mention the usual five guys away, where you can waaaaay more than they expect. While customer service is not the best, I did not have the bad experience that others have mentioned more value and they are still better than many other local almost food joints. If this was not so delicious for her, I would order from here more often."

"Extremely POOR service !! Not first time there but definitely LAST !!!!! First of all I don’t like the fact that I have to order 2 patties!!! Im not big person and if I order cheeseburgers ? I patty is what I can eat but now with five guys new policy order is automatically 2 patties being forced to order so they can make more money but not what costumers need and paying !!! WRONG. So today : large drink cheeseburger and hamburger was about $30. 00 Joke !! Service to was poor : 6 young black guys floating around not very busy ? when we order the meal didn’t get cup for a drink . Need to go back to register and ask for and then guy with an attitude giving me even wrong smaller size for my drink . We DONE with Five guys and don’t recommend them to anyone!!!!"

"Absolutely loved it. Great food, awesome employees and a super manager!!! We drove 2 1/2 hours just to try it! This is THE BEST fast food chain I've been to. Great burgers, hot dogs and shoe string fries!!! Don't forget the fry sauce!!! Old fashioned style frozen custard...OMG GOOD!!! So worth the drive!!!"
