"Very peaceful. Lovely staff. They all look like bodybuilders menu looked tasty but a bit too fancy for the pub lunch I was after so I did not partake! May have to go back with the mother in law and really put the tastebuds to the test. Very well equipped tent in the garden."

"After my recent visit to the prince of wales, I didn’t expect much as this was another greene king. The visit to the black swan did not even compare, lovely staff, lovely food, everything made with love and care. Zero wait time on food or drinks and was consistently checked on to make sure we were okay! Lovely atmosphere, Emily and Andre were amazing would 100% recommend! 10/10!"

"Food was average at best. There was no flow with the service, felt rushed. My starter wasn’t fresh as it was warm and not hot. Steak was chewy, over priced. "Avoid if you can, the staff are rude, especially the manager Steve. I went here with my 2 young nieces, I went up and ordered, and I ordered 2 kids meals, my main meal, some olives, other sides etc, the young lad took payment printed out the receipt for the olives, and told me he would bring them over and left the receipt for them on the side next to them as they were empty. When I went up to ask where they was the manager had said he checked receipt and they wasn’t on there? I was like well I ordered them and payed for them coz I see the seperate receipt for them come out, ans the response I got was oh well they’re not on there, so I was wrong? I know I wasn’t wrong as I know 100% what I ordered as this is what I order along with my main and sides every time I eat at nandos, which I have for the last 10 years. The staff are completely rude and need some training In 1 how to deal with customers 2 how to deal with missing orders not just a shrug and told that it’s tough basically! When we come back to stay at the hotel again, for when we go thorpe park again, I will NOT be using this nandos I would much rather eat a sandwich from WHS Smith than deal with the appalling service there! Can’t fault the food tho as it is always nice!"

"The service was so friendly and warm. the menu was excellent and the eating has not been disappointed at all. will definitely be back. also the live music of jan s robinson was so good. the whole experience has enjoyed itself very much."

"An excellent lunch with seafood, perfect service, prompt. incredibly helpful staff. really delicious food. we also had 6 oysters and fish soup to start. we have a discount offer at the arrival that was a bonus! we love to eat in holes for restaurants. it was my first visit in this one, we'll see soon."

"So happy to find a Leon restaurant on the Cobham services, you can take away or eat. To order your feed, use the screen is near the counter, only one was worked out so that a long queue was. Vegan options clearly marked, I chose the new photo-Turkey Burger, which is a Christmas special, was really good and also went with the loaded vegan pommes with melted vegan cheese and jalapeños, which was really good. There are healthier options to like the black bean and brown rice box, but I had that before that I wanted to try the new special. Great to have more vegan options on the M25! Even after the order, the food was ready within 10 minutes."
