"We attended this place on a Saturday and it was extremely crowded. We had been to a Wetherspoon's before, so we were not surprised by the diverse menu and the fact that one has to order at the bar. The place was extremely large and as it was so crowded, it was slightly difficult to find somewhere to sit. The person who brought our food to us was very polite. We were served quite quickly and this person seemed really nice. The problem was that my partner's food looked slightly overcooked, to the point where the cheese adhered to the dish. He explained to a member of staff what had transpired and asked for another plate of food. When the new plate of food arrived, it was evident that someone had just stirred the contents of the plate and it was not a new plate of food. The person who assisted was polite about it. It is not that great when one raisies an issue about food, only for the same one to be returned. It is not often that my partner returns plates of food. The members of staff made a concerted effort to rectify the matter."

"Probably one of the worse meals I have ever had !! ordered polish sausage , looked like a meal you would prepare at home when you really did not have much in the house, sausage, greasy fried potatoes, a tiny amount of coleslaw small gherkin. AWFUL!! only good part was the waitress , she was friendly ."

"A table on recommendation of a friend booked. took hubby and 9yo daughter on a Saturday night and were not made to feel like we were out of place so definitiw family friendly! a huge thumb for the extensive allergen information. daughter with heavy mother allergies and our server was super helpful and delivered baptism of information including a complete manual on all allergens. also double checked with the cook and the manager delivered their dinner explaining how the food was cooked. highly recommended for anyone with any allergy problems. the burgers were huge and the cajun seasoned were very authentic and beaten. also very inexpensive and will definitely go back to taste the brunch and lunch menus as they looked delicious! all staff were very friendly and efficient. do not hesitate to recommend"
