"The food was very good, but the service was quite below par.When the bill arrived the waitress (whom we hadn't seen in more than 1 hour) added a $9 drink we didn't order, charged for grilled onions which we asked if there was a charge, to wit she said no and then charged for it, and then tacked on a $3.50 charge for playing their game device which we never did.This is why you always have to inspect your bill.That's clearly a scam, because when we ate at Yard House in Burbank they did the same thing charging for using the games they have on the tables.Plus, when we ordered bottomless fries I was charged for that, too, insisting that sweet potato fries weren't included in bottomless friesWhen I shared my feedback to the manager he was dismissive bordering on nonchalant, WTH?! We used to love love loveRed Robin, but it's really gone down hill."

"It is a decent Hamburger joint with many other options. I try to get the healthier options, so I don't really want to eat all carbohydrates on a bungalow. Nevertheless, their healthier options are still so tasty, and the salat has added enough to season for a lunchtime meal."

"First attempt at the Islands in Porter Ranch I’ve been trying different locations since Simi Valley closed. Placed a to go order, and am definitely disappointed. Ordered the quesadilla as an appetizer, received no salsa or sour cream which is standard with the order, and Tiki Tenders with honey mustard and ranch no ranch received. Two entrees, the Toucan and Big Wave…received sandwiches but no standard fries. Food was ok…but not what I’m used to from the Islands the Toucan bread was burnt as was the chicken, the Big Wave was a little under done, but still good. Tiki Tenders we’re perfect. I always tip 50 of order on to gos (since working in the industry I know people are cheap on tipping with to go orders), with the hopes that the order will at least be correct. I usually always enjoy anything we get from the Islands, even carry out, but this time it was a bust. Not worth the time and drive :(. Sure miss the Simi location!"

"I’m very picky when it comes to fries and Five Guys has the best I’ve ever tasted. Whenever I order a large for my family is enough, they give you so much. Today, however, it was less than usual and we were going to add the fries to our dinner at home. We’re on a tight budget at the moment, but the amount was not going to be enough for my family. So, I was going to buy an additional order of large fries when the cashier told me not to worry because he was going to give me an additional bag of fries! I was not expecting such a kind gesture is as if he knew what I was thinking. Thank you, happy holidays and God bless you!"
