"This place is really overrated Italian place. I think this is a location that really buys into having a pretentious dining experience. The food was mediocre with an extremely high price tag. It felt like really simple food that was described in a very fancy way. I cannot justify it here for this price tag with the quality of the food that I had. The first item I got was a octopus with very thin paper, almost slices of octopus. But a Puss was definitely not as fresh as I was expecting. It seemed overcooked and then sliced thin so you wouldn't notice that it was over cooked. The rabbit Ragu pasta tasted like over cooked chicken in a plain marinara sauce. There was very little protein are in need of actual which is really disappointing for $25. The stuffed pasta taste like the items you can get a Costco, filled with ricotta and spinach. Again for $25. The pineapple dessert was equally disappointed, and tasted like pineapples that you get from a can that are soaked in simple syrup for $15. Even the red wine that we got tasted very much like vinegar. This is an overhyped restaurant, and I would not come again"

"First the pros nice cocktail wine list. Cute space. Sophisticated vibe. The vegetable sides were simple good. Now the cons The crispy egg came so raw that the white of the egg was still translucent. Our table also ordered a white fish which also came very undercooked. When they returned it a second time it was like cardboard. Any artist needs to learn the rules before breaking them. Sophie needs to be more attentive to the basics of cooking time, temperature, and quality. These are basics of french cooking she either never learned them or has forgotten them in her attempts at creativity."

"They wanted a cozy lunch with a friend and enjoy great Italian cuisine. unfortunately I remembered the quality and the love for the detail of il mulino and was disappointed. my antipasto was a mixture of grilled, marinated and cooked vegetables with little thoughts to the presentation or balance of aromen. the whole grilled fish was excellent, but served with a watery salad. the crostata desserts were stone cold. we were two and spent over 100. for lunch, no wine, only water bottle. Maybe it was a bad day. the service was very good and the room is beautiful."
