"The waiter got every order wrong. They do not write the orders down. We ordered the small portions and we brought the large selection from the menu and at the larger cost. The seafood was overcooked. The street corn was returned because it was cold and the second one way soggy and mushy.The shrimp was cooked to a rubbery texture and was hard to palette. The steak was good but they brought it without a sauce and had to wait minutes for a steak knife. My salad was forgotten and came at the end of the meal. Very poor meal, presentation and service.If this is the best “fine dining” at the Hyatt it is a shame"

"Our Italian friend took us to this restaurant that is his favorite Italian place in Playa Del Carmen. Its a few blocks off 5th Ave and its very quaint. The service was spectacular and the food delicious. We all had a variety of foods and all were delicious. I ordered a Shrimp fettuccini dish and while the shrimp was not the best I have had the rest of the flavors made up for it. The pizza was the best and we plan to go back just for the pizza."

"Amazing staff, delicious food, great wine and atmosphere. Did I mention the staff yet? Waiter Bernie, chef lily and the rest of the team were incredible and made our last night in Playa literally unforgettable!!! "We ate breakfast here every morning and they have the best coffe in Playa. For us as swedes its Very importent. Very friendly staff that will do anything for you. Quick service and really tasty food. Cant say how they are in the evenings since We only ate here in the mornings"
