"Super friendly staff, always fast service! nutritional information including ingredients available on their website! pick up the veggie burrito (pepper and swirl in their small of cooked) with black beans, brown rice, salsa, jalapeno, guac and a lot of salat on full wheat tortilla. They even sell hot sauces called vegan! hot salsa is 10/10 hot and super tasty when they love heat."

"It was our first visit to this restaurant and we both loved it. I had steak/beef enchilada and my husband had chorizo tacos. We specially loved their spicy salsa and chips! Would definitely come back to try other dishes."

"This places makes great, well priced burritos in a very clean and nice atmosphere but the endless haranguing of the staff by the owner/management is enough to keep me from returning. I was a regular here, its near my work and I liked going here. I started to notice a pattern over the last year where the owner/manager would be consistently rude to female customers (it is specific, I'm a dude and have brought female friends in who have noticed this, clearly); and the way he lights into the staff members is horrible. Even the shift supervisor (or possibly manager, I don't know, she's about 30 if that helps) speaks down to the staff she's working with - always. The training appears to be on-site and if one of the staff makes a mistake they are spoken to so harshly its unreal. I've honestly considered recording it because it happens EVERY TIME. Someone will make a small mistake (too much topping, etc according to whatever standard was decided on but not taught) and they get LIT INTO verbally. They all look like they are under fire, all the time, and honestly scared. The owner can only be described as one of those dudes you hate to be in an elevator with, the kind who hates people and is willing to smack you in the mouth for even looking his way. The place would have people sitting and eating but most people get their stuff to go and this is probably part of why (of course some people are just looking to take out, but I started getting my stuff to go because I had to hear the verbal abuse while eating). Seeing him wait on a customer is uncomfortable (especially a female customer, ladies beware) and the opposite of customer service. I've seen him correct my female friend TWO TIMES on what toppings she was 'allowed' to get on her order, instead of politely mentioning extra toppings would incur an extra charge... like any normal human. He has never talked to me that way or to friends who are men (and I asked them). It sucks because this is a good chain and the food is good but I can't stomach going in there anymore because of the owner and the supervisor's clear hatred for people including their staff and even customers. And there is something weird about how he talks to women, its really not cool and if he just wants male customers - dude - we are watching and listening too."

"Possibly the worst meal ever. A ninja was a mercenary in feudal Japan. And like a true Ninja, this restaurant slaughtered this meal. The sashimi had bones in it. Not one piece but two. Bones! In sashimi! The roll was a soggy, gigantic log of wet ingredients rolled loosely together and looked like some kind of week old taco. And it came wrapped in wax paper like a Big Mac from 1977. I have no idea what the other reviews are about. Either the good people of Cambridge are incredibly forgiving, or sushi is not common enough to have anything even moderately acceptable to compare it to. If you’ve had good sushi, anywhere, ever, stay away from this place. Just horrible."

"To eat one of my favorite places in Cambridge! The soups are amazing and bread is always fresh and tasty. The Server Grant is super nice and got my name for the first time and remembers it ever since! Greatest crew, great food! No more to ask!"

"They are pushing some new items so I ordered the Big Rig Burrito. Well Burritos, in my opinion, should be unfinishable. Nope. this one was moderate at best. But the thing is, and I think I am correct here, the fillings are supposed to be rolled on top of each other. Not beside each other. I ended up with a neopolitan ice cream style burrito. Beef then Rice then Refried Beans. Not a very nice experience at all. For the price. It should be twice the size, oh and made correctly. The server was quite pleasent JD cuz that is what his mamma put in his bottle he described himself as. Anyway a fairly big fail. The flavours were good. for both meals, just wrong for one. And portions vs. cost are way off. Update: Managment reached out to discuss the issues and although the item is no longer available its preperation was corrected. I will review again if/when I return."
